Thanks for shopping at Tridyn Shop. Here’s how shipping works for physical orders, plus what to expect for digital downloads.
Where we ship
- We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including PO Boxes, APO/FPO, and U.S. territories.
- International shipping isn’t available yet.
Carrier and service
- Most physical orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage (formerly First-Class Package).
- Typical delivery is 2–5 business days once your order leaves our studio.
- Tracking is included.
Monthly Mail Club shipping
- Heart Swapz™ Monthly Mail Club envelopes ship via USPS First-Class Mail (postage stamp).
- Because this is traditional mail, tracking is not included.
- Mail club envelopes typically arrive within 5–7 business days after they ship.
Shipping rates
- Free shipping on orders $75+ (before tax, after discounts).
- Orders under $75 ship with a flat-rate shipping fee.
- Shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days.
Delivery estimates
Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to holidays, weather events, or carrier delays.
Digital downloads
Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping. You’ll receive access to your download after checkout.
Address accuracy
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we can reship it once you cover the new shipping cost.
Order issues
If your package arrives damaged, or if something is missing or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item
- A clear photo of the packaging (if damaged)
