Shipping Policy
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States (including PO Boxes, APO/FPO, and U.S. territories). International shipping isn’t available yet.
Carrier & service
Orders ship with USPS Ground Advantage (formerly First-Class Package). Typical delivery is 2–5 business days once your order leaves our studio. Delivery times are estimates and can vary during holidays, weather events, or carrier delays. Tracking is included.
Processing time
Most in-stock items ship within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Made-to-order or personalized items may need extra time; any longer lead times are noted on the product page. Processing time is in addition to the delivery window above.
Shipping rates
Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. From time to time we may run free-shipping promotions; when active, they’ll be clearly shown onsite.
Order tracking
You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order is on the way. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after the label is created.
Digital downloads
Some items are digital products. These are delivered by instant download—no physical item ships. After purchase you’ll see a download link on the confirmation page and in your email. If you don’t see it, check spam/promotions or contact us and we’ll resend the link. Shipping fees do not apply to digital products.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can reship to the corrected address; additional postage may apply.
Lost, delayed, or stolen packages
If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package is missing, first check with neighbors and your local post office. If it doesn’t turn up within 3 business days, contact us and we’ll help open a USPS inquiry. While USPS scans mark completion of delivery, we’ll do our best to assist.
Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item. We’ll replace or refund as appropriate.
Split shipments
Occasionally your order may ship in multiple packages at no extra cost. If so, you’ll receive tracking for each package.
Changes & cancellations
Need to change or cancel an order? Reach out as soon as possible after purchase. Once a label is printed, we’re unable to modify or cancel the shipment.
